Staff turn up for work, 9-5, Teams and best friends pull together to win! In this most innovative of our programmes, we will meet and understand the goals and vision of the business owners/Directors.

We will meet the team and assess the culture and bottle necks, and we will develop with their help and input the values of the business. We will run a workshop which will align the people with the business goals. We will align the business with the values you and your people believe are important.

Stage ii

A very practical challenge, delivered in association with our partner company. This will involve a team challenge, The Elixir of Life, a fun and challenging day which all will enjoy,  a team building event that will have your teams working together in smaller groups during the initial stages and progress to a “whole of team” effort in order to achieve the end goal of releasing the Elixir of Life.

The process will leave you with a strong base on which to move forward and develop an improved culture within your business and so ultimately affect your bottom line!

Stage i

Begins with a workshop for your team. The workshop deals with the underlying beliefs which drive our sales behaviour. All too often we hear of training which simply deals with the latest strategies and techniques, of no use at all unless we deal with the core beliefs of the individuals and the team.

Following on from this are a range of core skills, including Psychometric profiling and Neuro Linguistic programming techniques amongst many others disciplines which all lead to the development of generic skills for the business.

Stage ii

Having completed this we then look to develop a sales system for your business. This allows us to take consideration of the specific needs of your business and develop a system which perfectly matches your needs.

Mechanisms for measuring the results is introduced to evolve the system on the basis of continuous improvement.

Communication-The Life Blood of your business!

It’s easy to say! But how do you improve communication within your business? Adopting some of the Leadership programme disciplines we will educate your team on how to communicate effectively.

Stage I – operation NO talk talk!

Practical exercises in active listening-how to truly be present, outstanding questioning and decision making are just some of the skills learned and put into practice.

Psychometric testing, understanding and dealing with behaviours of different individuals, together with the powerful techniques available through NLP are all on the agenda.

Stage ii – Operation EVAC

A very practical challenge delivered in association with our partner company, this involves the most practical aspect yet of the programme. A casualty has been reported lost on the Mountains, the challenge is to successfully recover them as fast as possible.

This will involve Leadership, Communication at its highest level and the ability to quickly work together as a team.

And don’t worry, to be an athlete is not required, a basic level of fitness will suffice and there are roles for all irrespective of their physical ability. This exercise, while involving some walking, is about communication, not the physical challenge.

Stage i

Is Goal setting valuable, does it improve performance? All questions we will not only answer but prove. We will also show your team how to coach for performance, how to get the best out of their teams.

Time management, the bug bear of many, we will give you practical tools to improve your time and show you how to be more efficient with your most valuable resource.

You will leave with an action plan for personal development that will benefit both you and the business.

Stage ii Face Your Fears

A very practical challenge, delivered in association with our partner company. This will involve a Personal challenge, Face Your Fears, a fun and challenging day which all will enjoy.

This is an opportunity to learn how, and put into practice, pushing your comfort zones for personal growth!
